Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. calling for the records in F.I.R.No.192 of 2017 on the file of Inspector of Police, Reddichavadi Police Station, under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) of IPC as the said FIR is unjust and illegal as far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.192 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that during the pendency of this case, the respondent police has filed charge sheet before the learned judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore and the same was ended in acquittal and therefore, this Court may close this petition, as there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter.

3. Considering the fact that the case against the petitioner is ended in an acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in this Petition. This Petition is closed accordingly.
