3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the property originally belonged to the father and patta was also given in his name and after his demise, patta has been transferred to the name of the first and second wife and also in name of two sons. However, the name of the daughter has been left out and that the petitioner is the daughter of the first wife and hence, the representation was made. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate relief.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.06.2023 after affording opportunity to all the interested parties and a final decision shall be taken on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/4
