Respondents [in W.P.Nos.5565 & 5566 of 2017] COMMON PRAYER : Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of Tender Notice Nos.14/HDO/NH/2016-2017 dated 31.01.2017; 24/2016-2017/HDO dated 31.01.2017; 23/20162017/HDO dated 30.01.2017, and 13/HDO/NH/2016-2017 dated 30.01.2017 respectively without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner as well.

For Petitioner : M/s.AL.Ganthimathi [in all W.Ps.] For Respondents : Mr.A.N.Thambidurai [in all W.Ps.] Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from opening the tender documents in respect of Tender Notice Nos.14/HDO/NH/20162017 dated 31.01.2017; 24/2016-2017/HDO dated 31.01.2017; 23/2016-2017/HDO dated 30.01.2017, and 13/HDO/NH/2016-2017 dated 30.01.2017 respectively, without issuing the quality certificate to the petitioner and receiving the bids of the petitioner.

2. Today when these matters are taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that in all these matters since the last date is on 09.03.2017 he will give necessary Certificates by tomorrow [i.e. 08.03.2017] at 1.00p.m.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, these Writ Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
