This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision Case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Despite service of notice on the respondent and his name being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
