This petition has been filed to amend the prayer as to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to pay the salary on regular basis from 2.12.2022 to 23.1.2023 and from 03.12.2023 to 01.08.2023 to the petitioner along with interest at the rate of 12% per annum and pass orders instead of to direct the 3rd respondent to release the arrears of monthly salary from 01.11.2022 to till date and consequently direct the respondent to pay the future monthly salary to the petitioner on regular basis and pass orders.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered.
