This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 12.06.2023 and to register the FIR.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the brother of the petitioner had given a complaint and based on the same, FIR has been registered in Crime No.362 of 2023 on 13.06.2023. In view of the same, the complaint given by the petitioner has been closed.
3.In the light of the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Whatever was the grievance of the petitioner has already been taken care by registering an FIR based on the complaint given by the brother of the petitioner for the very same incident. 4.According, this writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
