ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the daughter-in-law of the second respondent and there is dispute between them with regard to the receipt of LIC insurance amount. The learned counsel further submitted that the second respondent filed W.P.No.30687 of 2024 as against the Life Insurance Corporation of India for issuance of Mandamus directing the Branch Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Tambaram Branch, Chennai to release the insurance assured sum of Rs.50 Lakhs and this Court vide order dated 18.10.2024, directed the Branch Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Tambaram Branch, Chennai to consider the second respondent's claim dated 29.07.2024 on merits and in accordance with law. as party in the said writ petition and the second respondent who is the mother-in-law of the petitioner obtained order against the petitioner behind her back. Hence, the petitioner has filed this miscellaneous petition. 2.In view of the above, this Court directs the first respondent to hear the petitioner and the second respondent, conduct enquiry and thereafter pass appropriate orders. 3.With the above clarification, this miscellaneous petition stands disposed of. 27-02-2025 To
