2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute further. They also submitted a letter to the Tahsildar, Kodavasal, stating that they are withdrawing the Writ Petitions filed before this court. The learned Special Government Pleader produced copy of the said letters written by the petitioners.

3. Recording the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
