O.A.No.106 of 2019 and A.No.419 of 2019 and C.S.No.13 of 2018 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., On a perusal of the pleadings, I found that the matter could be settled through mediation and the same was suggested to the counsel for the parties that they could go for mediation. Both the counsels have agreed for the matter being referred to mediation.

2. Hence, the matter is referred to Mediation Centre attached to this Court with a request to the Mediation Centre to assign Mrs.Uma Ramanathan as Mediator. The Registry is directed send the papers to the Mediation Centre.

3. The parties shall appear before the Mediation Centre on 01.07.2019 at 3.00 p.m. The Mediation Centre is requested to accommodate the parties on 01.07.2019 at 3.00 p.m and explore the possibilities of settlement. It is made clear that the parties will not be entitled to any notice for the first hearing.
