Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling upon the production of records relating to the denteion order dated 13.12.2022 made in detention order Memo BCDFGISSSV No.466 of 2022 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's grandson Robin, son of Arul, male, aged about 27 years branded as goonda offender and now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. 3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
