This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2016 and conduct the impartial enquiry and to file a final report against the accused person in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 01.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
