Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records leading upto the impugned notice dated 13.01.2023 issued by the second respondent in so far as the arbitrary refixing of the cut-off-date for completion of internship as 30.06.2023 for being eligible for NEET-PG2023, and to quash the same as highly illegal being violative of the principles of equality enshrined under Article 14 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to extend the cutoff date for completion of internship towards eligibility for NEET-PG 2023 examination to 31.07.2023.
