These applications are filed for raising prohibitory order dated 16.02.2015. This order was passed in Company Application Nos.330 to 334 of 2015. By this order, the second respondent - Garnishee was restrained from making payments to the extent of the amount claimed by respondent no.1 in the aforementioned applications. 2.

Mr.Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent no.1. He does not wish to file reply. Mr.Pradeep Kumar, says since the applicant, i.e., original respondent has come forth with payments, he has no objection to the prohibitory order dated 16.02.2015 being raised. 3.

It is ordered accordingly.

The garnishee will, henceforth, make payments to the applicant/original respondent, i.e., borrower. 3.2 The captioned applications are disposed of accordingly. 10.06.2016 1/2 ssd
