ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business in the name of "Heaven Beauty Saloon and Spa and Tattoo Studio", D.No.23/2, Gil Christ Avenue, Harrington Road, Chetpet, Chennai-600 031.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents never interfered with the peaceful conduct of the business of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

squarely covered by an order of this Court, dated 31.03.2015 in W.P.No.9381 of 2015, wherein, this Court disposed of W.P.No.9381 of 2015 on the same lines based on the same issue involved in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P.No.15866 of 2013, etc., which were disposed of by order dated 09.12.2014.

3. Hence, following the above said two orders of this Court in W.P.No.15866 of 2013, etc., batch, dated 09.12.2014 and W.P.No.9381 of 2015, dated 31.03.2015, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of on the same lines. No costs. W.M.P. is closed.
