ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking issue of Writ of Mandamus, 2/5
forbearing the respondents 3 and 4 from taking any coercive action to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property measuring about 1225 sq.ft., comprised in S.No.89/1, Block No.04, Door No.81D at Srinivasaperumal Sannathi Street, Peters Road, Royapetah, Chennai, till the disposal of the review petition pending on the file of the first respondent filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 30.01.2020.
2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the review application was dismissed by the first respondent and thereafter, the possession of the property was also taken over by the fourth respondent on 12.03.2020. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.6280 of 2020 seeking removal of lock and seal and the said Writ Petition was also dismissed by this Court on 23.10.2024.
3. In view of the fact that the review application was pending at the time of filing of the Writ Petition and subsequently, it was disposed of by the first respondent and possession of the property was also taken over by the 3/5
fourth respondent, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.
