ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to deal with cheque cases under Section138 of NI Act in police station in Katta Panchayat manner and not to harass the petitioner on the pretext of investigation.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The matter pertains to the money dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondent is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
