2.Though notices have been served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 324 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
