Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the educational qualification of the petitioner to the post of Physical Education Teacher as per the selection process for the year 2009-2010 and to appoint the petitioner as Physical Education Teacher subject to the genuineness verification proposals sent by the second respondent by its proceeding in RC.No.6309/C1/2010, dated 28.10.2010. O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Writ Petition has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement in the bundle to the following effect :- "This is the matter relating to recruitment of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
