Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died and no steps have been taken sofar to substitute the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel submitted that the Writ Petition may be dismissed as abated. The learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
