This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the service/terminal benefits in respect of the petitioner's husband by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2017.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, sought for four weeks time to consider the pending representation.

Considering the limited scope of prayer, this Court directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2017, seeking disbursal of service/terminal benefits of her husband and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
