In the communication dated 20.08.2019, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Erode has stated that the trial Court records have not been sent by the High Court to the District Court.

2. Therefore, the Deputy Registrar, Criminal Side is directed to look into this and ensure that the trial Court records with reference to Crl.R.C.No.1191 of 2012 shall reach the Court of the Principal District and Sessions Juge, Erode forthwith.

3. Two months time is extended from the date of receipt of the trial Court records for the disposal of the appeal.
