Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents from in anyway interfering with the petitioner's right to continue quarry operations and transport granite from Government quarry lands measuring 1-87-0 Hectares, coprised in Survey R.S.No.13/1, situated in Vengamur Village, Villupuram Taluk, Villupuram District till the disposal of the petitioner's renewal application dated 23.09.2004.
