O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.22242 of 2023.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Ashwin, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the entire terminal benefits have been paid to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since there is a delay in payment, interest has to be paid by the respondent. The same will be worked out separately.
