JUDGMENT
This criminal appeal has been filed praying to set aside the order partly allowing Crl.RC.No.45 of 2012 dated 18.02.2014 by the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore in MC.No.35
of 2008 dated 25.10.2013 on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Vellore.

On seeing the case bundle, it is found that on several occasions, the learned counsel for the appellant was not present. Finally, the matter had been listed on 08.04.2024 and on that day, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 16.04.2024. Today the matter has been listed. However, the learned counsel for the appellant did not appear, which shows that the appellant is not interest to proceed with the matter. As such, no purpose would be served if the matter is kept pending before this Court.
