The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 09.06.2021 pursuance of the order dated 12.01.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.41 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate at Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 09.06.2021 and pursuance to the reference made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbadur in Crl.MP.No.41 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022, a case has been registered by the respondent in Crime No.209 of 2022 for the offence under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 379 and 506(i) of IPC.
