When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, dated 21.09.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also received the copy of the order dated 21.02.2018, passed by the respondent.
3. In view of the same, I do not find any reason to keep the contempt petition pending. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
