O R D E R

The order of suspension issued by the 1st respondent by proceeding dated 28.2.1991 was challenged by the petitioner by way of this Writ Petition only in the year 2005. Now after a lapse of 27 years, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to submit the present situation of the case.

2. Under these circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that if at all the petitioner has any grievance in respect of any disciplinary proceedings, it is left open to her to pursue the same in the manner known to law.
