ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent in No.PG-43/96 dated 25.07.1996.

It is submitted by Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioner that the 1st respondent died and despite efforts he is unable to get details of the legal representatives and hence, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to re-open the case, if anything survives.
