The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 274, 275, 123 of BNS, Sections 6 and 24(1) of COTP Act and Section 77 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 and Sections 7 and 9 (ii) of Smoking Act in Crime No.551 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Mr.S.Balaji, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that the accused person had been arrested.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), that the accused person had been arrested, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 04.02.2025 dk 2/4
