Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction to call for the records on the file of the respondent No.2 in reference GMM/CEP/Phase II/HSS/2000-01 dated 04.06.2005 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent, irregular and without jurisdiction and further direct the 2nd respondent to disburse the amounts as per the contract entered into between the petitioner and the respondent dated 03.07.2000.
