This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 188 days in representing the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.87949 of 2023.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

" the petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of "Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai".

3. The petitioners on complying with the above condition, the Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition in C.R.P.SR.No.87949 of 2023, if it is, otherwise, in order and list the matter on 09.08.2024.
