H.C.P.No.271 of 2019 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and M.NIRMAL KUMAR, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The Habeas Corpus petition has already been disposed of on 18.02.2019. In pursuant to the order directing the 2nd respondent to file a Status Report, the same has been filed.

2. This Court has perused the Status Report filed and it would disclose that the detenue, at present, is living with the 3rd respondent and on 18.02.2019, she as well as the 3rd respondent appeared before the Police Station and also produced their Marriage Certificate and in the light of the same, CSR.No.62/2019 has been closed and further action has been dropped on 19.02.2019.

Status Report filed by the 2nd respondent is taken on file and recorded.

3. In the light of the contents of the same, no furthers orders are necessary.
