This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the detenue, by name Vasantha, aged 45 years, and to produce her before this Court and to set her at liberty.
2. The petitioner is the son of the detenue. According to him, the detenue-mother was found missing since 30.1.2015. According to the petitioner, the detenue has been illegally detained by the 3rd respondent. In this connection, a complaint was given to the respondent-Police on 10.2.2015. As there is no progress in the matter, the present petition has been filed.
3. Today, the detenue is present before the Court, on her own. The petitioner, the son of the detenue, was also present before the Court. On being enquired, the detenue had stated that she had left https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
home, on her own, as there was a misunderstanding between her and the petitioner. She has further stated that she has now come back home.
4. Considering that the detenue has come back to the petitioner, we find that no further orders are necessary. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
