This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants to condone the delay of 306 days in filing the writ appeal as against the order dated 27.04.2021 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 36735 of 2016.

2.Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has stated no objection for ordering this petition.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
