The plaintiff has presented this application for permission to produce an invoice dated 10.12.2021. The suit was presented on 20.10.2021. The applicant / plaintiff submits that this invoice pertains to the sale of the infringing products by the defendant and since it is subsequent to the date of presentation of the plaint, this document could not be produced with the plaint. Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the application.

2. In view of the date of the document and the reasons adduced by the applicant, reasonable cause is established. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the applicant / plaintiff is permitted to exhibit the document described in the schedule to the Judge's summons subject to the respondent's objections inter alia on the grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof.

3. List the matter on 14.07.2022.
