Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2284 of 2016 from 24.09.2016 to till date.

2. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is a college student, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2284 of 2016 is relaxed as and when required.
