The writ petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the impugned order made in Na.Ka.No.171/2013 dated 28.05.2013 and its consequential order if any, issued by the third respondent and quash the same.

2. As the challenge itself is for tender notification dated 28.05.2013 and the learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the work itself is completed, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
