2. This Court had directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore to dispose of OS. No.55 of 2020, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order dated 03.07.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No.3632 of 2024.

The learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore has addressed a letter, dated 22.04.2026 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court requesting extension of time to dispose of O.S. No.55 of 2020. The said request is acceded. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore District, Cuddalore is directed to dispose of O.S.
