This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2020 and accord necessary adequate protection to the petitioner's life and limb.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the inspector of police, Sholavaram Police Station, Thiruvallur District registered a case in Crime No.70 of 2020 as against the accused persons for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 307 of IPC. He would further submit that even before registering the FIR as against the accused persons, the petitioner was provided with two personal Security officers in the rank of Head Constables.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
