O R D E R

The order of suspension dated 26.2.2005, issued by the respondent, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner had been concluded and the penalty of dismissal from service was imposed.

3. This being the factum of the case, the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
