Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the second respondent herein in impugned proceedings Na.Ka.No.8560/A2/2010 dated 10.04.2013 and to quash the same.

For Petitioner : Mr.M.Balasubramanian For Respondents-1 and 2 : Mr.K.Tippusulthan, Government Advocate.

For Respondent-3 : Mr.V.Sivakumar

O R D E R

The writ on hand has been filed to quash the order dated 10.04.2013 passed by the second respondent.

2. The order impugned reveals that penal provisions under the Societies Registration Act was initiated and the District Registrar imposed fine on the writ petitioner.

3. In view of the fact that this Court by its order dated 13.03.2023 allowed WP No.9341 of 2010 and the matter is remanded back 2/4

to the District Registrar for conducting fresh enquiry and the consequent order of imposing the fine is also to be set aside.

4. Accordingly the order impugned passed by the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.8560/A2/2010 dated 10.04.2013 is set aside. Consequently, the present writ petition stands allowed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
