No.R8/652/2017 dated 03.11.2017 published in Dinamani Tamil Daily Newspaper on 05.11.2017 and quash the same.

C O M M O N J U D G M E N T (Judgment of the Court was delivered by RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.) 1.The learned counsel for the appellants says, that there were certain other issues, raised before the learned Single Judge, that is, issues, essentially, pertaining to GST, which have not been dealt with, in the impugned judgment. 2.According to us, in such a situation, the only remedy, that the appellants, can avail of, is to approach the learned Single Judge.

3.Accordingly, the learned counsel for the appellants seek to withdraw the writ appeals to approach the learned Single Judge, by way of an appropriate remedy, albeit, in accordance with law.

3.1.An endorsement, to that effect, has, also been made, by the learned counsel for the appellants.

4.Consequently, the writ appeals are dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed. Connected pending petitions are, accordingly closed. No costs.
