The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.12.2023 for the offences registered under Sections 5(m), r/w Section 6 of POSCO Act and Section 506(i) of I.P.C in Crime No.59 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the father of the victim girl who is aged about 10 years. On a perusal of the statement recorded from the victim girl under section 164(5) of Cr.P.c it is seen that the victim girl had re-iterated the allegations made in the complaint.

3. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed.
