The learned counsel for the respondent states that on account of the default committed by the Writ Petitioner, proceedings under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act was initiated and subsequently, the borrower closed the account. The matter was settled accordingly.
