[IN CRL.MP.NO.13519/2019] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PUHAZH GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioners the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking permission to withdraw the entire deposited amount of Rs.1,14,300/- by the respondent, lying to the credit of M.C.No.29 of 2005 on the file of the learned Family Court, Salem, pending disposal of Crl.M.P.No.13519 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.954 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, more particularly, paragraphs 7 and 8, and being satisfied with the same, this petition, seeking permission to withdraw the amount lying in the said M.C, is ordered as prayed for.
