Crafts Proceedings (Standing No.70 dated 06.12.2004 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to give employment with all backwages and benefits to the petitioner.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had died. He has also produced a copy of the petitioner's death certificate, before this Court. Therefore, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also, he has made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the petitioner's counsel, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
