ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records culminating in Crime No.11 of 2018, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same.

2. Mr.A.L.Gandhimathi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant filed the F.I.R for the reason that the petitioner have taken two cranes for his construction business and failed to return back the crane as well as he has not paid the rent. She further submits that during the pendency of this petition the petitioner has returned the cranes to the defacto complainant.
