This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Sections 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. praying to call for records and set aside the order made in C.M.P.No.3402 of 2018 in Crime No.210 of 2018 dated 30.11.2018by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Parangipettai, Cuddalore District and consequently direct the respondent to releace the vehicle namely Ashok Leyland Lorry bearing registration No.TN-91 A 4891 to the petitioner.
