2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on an earlier occasion vide order dated 09.02.2023, the petitioner has agreed to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) to the credit of Cr.No.330 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. He would further that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- , but he would seek further more time to comply with the condition.

3. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, further time to deposit the said amount is extended to 27.03.2023 as finally. Till then, interim bail already granted by this Court dated 09.02.2023 is extended.

4. Call on 27.03.2023.
