ORDER

The order passed by the 1st respondent in Entry Tax Rc/2114/10 dated 09.11.2010 and consequential letter of the 2nd respondent in E.T.R.Sl.No.160/2010/B1 dated 03.11.2010 are under challenge in the present writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the fact that the another writ petition in W.P.No.26876 of 2010, filed by the very same writ petitioner has been disposed of with the direction to recover the Entry tax by following the procedures as contemplated under the Statute, no further consideration is required and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
